The goal of this project is to develop the hardware to be able to detect possible anomalies in offshore windmills.

The HW platform consists of 4 ADCs (Analog Digital Converters) with phantom power supply using a raspberry pi 3B. The SO is an embedded Linux system generated with buildroot. These ADCs are connected to sensors that are able to make a precise measurement of the bearing vibrations, in order to analyze that data with algorithms, to make an estimate the need to be replaced.

I was in charge of the electronic design: schematics and PCB, generating the embedded Linux system, as well as creating all the procedures for testing the whole platform.

Used technologies: C, buildroot and Altium Designer.
